January 2, 2009 The world is watching the drama of Gaza anxiously. Many of us fear the worst and cannot see why it's happening now. Why cant we now, when nukes could destroy this planet, negotiate a lasting peace. Specifically, what are the differences that are causing this conflict? Is it just that two religions cannot co-exist? Is the media telling us all of it? It APPEARS that Hamas and/or the Palistinians are protesting, PERHAPS ligitimate grievances in the WRONG way. Or, PERHAPS they are suffering deprivation that is unbearable and that their rockets are intended not to kill but to bring world attention to their plight. My wife is Jewish, we attend our own religious services and have friends of all religions . We do not intend to favor either side in this conflict. However, the timing of it is VERY suspicious. Why is it being done now just days before Obama takes office? And why is the American media espousing a partisan political viewpoint without letting all the facts be known? In particular, I feel that Fox News will never give a fair and honest portrayal of anything that's not politically their viewpoint, their past performance proves that. They are propaganda artists. January 11,2009 Now is the time for all good people to come to the aid of their world. It's OUR world !! We must preserve it for OUR children. We must take an honest , comprehensive look at what WILL happen if we don't . We cant succeed if we allow partisan politics ; clamorous media , llying politicians , family traditional voting histories, race , or dogma of any kind to effect our decision to begin the CHANGE. Note ; today is 1-28-09 Last night Jimmy Carter Outlined possible solutions for Israel / Gaza exactly as I suggested above on the 11th. there remains no doubt in my mind that the Republicans and aggressive factions in Israel planned the untimely aggression in Gaza against the perhaps holy alliance of good Jews and Democrats . 1-28-09 Both Nations are at odds within , and seriously at odds with the world. It is ironic that Israel is now viewed by the world , much as Hitler's Germany was in the thirties ! Another intriquing thought is Germany was allied with the Arabs - now the "enemy" of Israel ? Apparently most of the world is watching the U.S. /Israel Alliance Much like the world watched the Germany/Italy Alliance in the thirties. Could there be an allied world including Russia/China that might consider A preemptive strike since the two super powers may be headed toward polluting the world anyway? Malcomb was a plain clothes Franklin County ,Ohio Deputy process server. He saved my life. He also protected me from other deputies . No doubt I could have stayed in Ohio had he not passed. He exemplifies as one of the many great men on that force . Malcomb (A 32nd dgree Mason) Once brought A sealed envelope to me at our truckstop restaurant (6500 S.High St. Columbus,OHio) . He cautioned me not to open it unless he never returned. He did, and of course it was intact. Malcomb related to me the time he and then officer Earl Smith "caught" a large party of well dressed Franklin County officials in a Columbus cemetary doing a "ceremony" at midnight. I only mention that because it may play into the ritual like killing of Sharon. That written herein ; facts: 18 yearold girl, 2 foot stone on her face, no blood in the body. They marched us at gun point from the cellblock to the yard ; stripped all our clothes off , and paraded us towards two thirty caliber machinguns manned by crews of two. Long belts of ammo coming from ammo boxes fed each aircooled weapon. Stacked against the wall were layers of mattresses. I thought ," I can't believe these bastards intend to slaughter us right here in view of downtown Columbus office towers. Yet I knew their sadists were capable of anything . I has A fleeting impulse to storm the 40 foot walls , and take at least some chance. But , naked in downtown Columbus, Ohio als changed my mind. My wife and six babies all from one to eight years old were always on my mind . The Two high caliber machinegun were aimed in A crossfire fashion. Just the slightest sweeping motion from the gunners and we would all be gone. They began firing , smoke , dust , cotton and threads erupted from the stacked mattresses. The gunners held firm sights on the mattresses on either side of us, How many rounds they fired , I have no idea. But it seemed like eterniy , and that easily could have happened with our whimsical tormenters. Entering the prison was equally shocking; every thing we owned on this earth was gone. Our bunks and all personal items had been "searched " , scattered and destroyed ! More than anything else I missed the one letter per week I could receive from my wife and babies. My lawyer Eugene Jablinski , Prosecutor Andrew Kniekamp , and travelling hanging Judge Gerald Baynes has all lied to me. Instead of 30 to 60 days " Shock Probation " : I would do 10 years of abuse beyond words.

It was at that time the state decided I needed my brain destroyed by a chemical lobatomy Baynes and Chrysler worked with "my" attorney Eugene Jablinski and another CONSTITUTIONAL criminal prosecutor Andrew Kniekamp they lied, I took my one page "trial" home with no bond posted, for what would be my last week EVER with my wife and 6 babies, two still in diapers. I went back voluntarily to begin serving what they said would be 30 to 90 days when I would be released on "shock probation." In my one page trial circuit riding hanging judge Baynes would refer one my one page "trial" totally out of context to the date of the strike. Which was the real reason for the sham trial. Which would cause me a first time offender who should have been perhaps punished to some extent to be sentenced to what would prove to be almost 10 years later a death sentence if one considers losing the cortex of your brain to a psycotrophic drug. There needs to be an investigation any where prisoners are held whether it would be civilian or military. We should keep in mind that the most severe punishment meted out to any individual could be held in reserve for any of us or all of us. The German people and all of us are guilty of ignoring that axiom. You could not chose a more rehabilitatable prisoner than I was at that time and there must be many more in our institutions being reduced to a sub human condition slated to be released inevitably among us. We can't build anymore prisons. ONE STATISTIC HAS IT THAT THE UNITED STATES HAS 25% OF THE WORLDS PRISONERS. There must be during this electoral process emphasis put on issues equally important to the war and monetary policies. I smuggled the pills( Iwrapped the pills in plastic , put them in a tube of toothpaste , and jammed them up in the toe of my shoe to get past the strip-rectal search ) to my attorney, Christopher Stanley, and to Ben Schwinger (of Athens, OH), he had the pills analyzed and was able to obtain the pharmacutical house report. These two decent guys resolved the problem urging our daughter and sometimes drunk son-in-law to stay on their property and we should do likewise. On 10-9-03 two deputies , deputies Leonard and J. Plumb arrived ; Deputy J.Plumb was pretty much silent , deputy Leonard exibited blatant signs of bias possibly cult related. Note: (less than one month later Leonard and Ingram would beat and mace Elinor and I. Without court order or due process of any kind these deputies evicted Elinor and I from the property. On October 17th two officers arrived , called by our daughter , yes there is a motive, money, they have stated that they have buyers for the property , they want to move , their mortgage is just about the value of their house, but by selling our adjoining property they can pocket a greater sum ; , nevermind the alienation of their entire family . The Zoning Commission Jeffery Glasgow et al , , MORPCY , ect took application fees ect as part of the plan to weaken the Sturgills. The sewer line would serve five of the Sturgills properties. First they would comdemn the septic tanks and force connection by the Sturgills . The cost would be five to seven thousand dollars per property. However this could be subsidized . or applied to property taxes ect for homeowners or the Sturgills. Forcing the Sturgills to connect to the sewer at their 22.5 acre tract would increase the value of their property as the law without sanitary sewers restricts residential development to five acre lots . Sewers would enable lot type development. Therefore the planners violated their own law by running sewers across the Sturgill land and not allowing them to hook up. They then , of course , withdrew the order to condemn the septic system. However they would use the same law to close their house and cottage at 170 Commerce St. . The Village cooperated via Village Solicitor Rick Matsa and mayor Dwight Scott by locating an ancient map showing a street under the Sturgills house and store at 19 Commerce St. . Magistrate Pat Sheeran who also " investigated " the murder of Sharon Blackburn would be the presiding judge over that two years of litigation which would eventually result in the Sturgills " winning " their own house back. The Village would retain a portion of the property. The Sturgills would lose their permit money as well , and be too late to have the cost of the sewers appled to their taxes. Our daughter Kelli and her children were evicted in mid winter based on this lie by The Franklin County Health Department; prosecuted by Joseph Durham, and Nick Soulas, in a Court presided over by Prosecutor Judge Prosecutor Richard C. Pfeiffer, ( Note: other properties in Franklin County located on sewer lines have not been forced to hook up.)Prosecutor Judge Prosecutor Rick Pfieffer repeatedly denied us a jury trial; and assisted the prosecutors frequently, the no jury decision was upheld on Appeal by the 10th District Court of appeals by Judge Cynthia Lazarus other Judges to be named and State Supreme Court Justice Bill Moyer. It is ironic that Moyer proclaimed loudly that legal terms were too complex, and that they should be simplified: actions speak louder than words Bill. It is worthy of note that Kelli and her children were also evicted in mid-winter by the health Department from 19 Commerce Street, again in mid-winter when some person lied to the health Dept. that the children's water was shut off. My God folks even if it was shut off, Is that an excuse to evict 6 children and their mother in the bitter February cold!? (Kelli and the children have not yet recovered from the two illegal and/or inhumane evictions , they have not been together since , even after several years , their toys and food are still there in that empty house!!!) June 28,2003 The rapidly occurring legal events ; the expense of paying four mortgages with income cut off by governemnt plans , from one income, sickness brought on by accumulating stress, and particularly watching the suffering of my wife and family will cause me to repeat some things as I really don't have time to review or edit. So I must wing it continually and relate events as I think of them. One very interesting situation happened at our truckstop restaurant , I think sometime in 1986. I was working the coffee shop and register and continuosly refilling the cups of a casually dressed couple when they revealed to me that they were undercover Franklin County Sheriff Deputies I later confirmed that indeed he, at least was. . They related to me a very bizarre case they were working on. They said they were watching St. Josephs cemetary across the street. They wanted to know if I had noticed any unusual activities there at night. I said no. They said that someone had cut the heads off five statues , taken five baby owls out of a nest , and cut their heads off and placed them on the statues. ( Were they joking?)The only "confirmation" I have that these were deputies ,is that later I recognized him working security at Tommy's Pizza shop on Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington, Ohio . Then again when we were in Court fighting former Zoning Commissioner Alvin Lipfert about our lease: both times the friendly face was gone, he turned his head and ignored us. What was that all about deputy ? Once Elinor and I had just returned from a Bat Mitzva out east . It was at night . When I got out of the car Billy Charles ( cousin of the murdered girl) was waiting in the dark. He asked me to come over there-I said no, you come over here. He must have had a weapon . Later, he attacked me, and said Sharon was "Coke Whore" we had the fight ,settled it in night court , and I was arrested anyway, after it was settled in court. Later I'll find the name of the deputy responsible for that. (Note this was after we assisted an employee win in court- we thought he was innocent.) That employee was Ron Mills, I was sorry we helped him; his parents , however are very nice people. Another interesting situation was when two men I believe were undercover deputies came to the restaurant and began to play the lottery. They said they had something in the van I might be interested in . They asked me to sit in the van. They showed me an uzzi machinegun and offerred it to me for $250.00. I said I was not interested . They lowered the price and offered to trade it for a VCR or something else. Again I said no. They said they knew where and island was where a large quantity of Marijuana they would give to me. Then there was the old car they would sell me without a title. Guys I knew you were Policemen from the machinegun on. Or were you working for the big bad wolf? Then there was the guy who wanted me to take pictures of the base? Why me guys? But the last effort to cause your innocent men to shoot me tells me someone up there is getting impatient. ( NOTE UPDATE 10-18-04 An entry today at the end of the home page names three powerful entities who threatened to take our property by emminent domain July 30.2004 ). We own one half mile of property "blocking" westward expansion of the air-industrial park. That may have been part of the motive at one point. Prosecutor Judge Richard Pfeiffer made that very clear when he and Zoning head Phil Laurien visited the property. I paid the money for rezoning but they could not buy my betrayal of Lou. That same house is providing a fine home for my grandchildren because I was so "radical" as to disobey what I know was a violation of my constitutional rights. Later Jeffery Glasgow would take over for Rohrer and end my trucking business with the help of Hamilton Township and Prosecutlor Michael Miller . No one showed up as a witness. The " cartoon " was stapled to poles and taped to Courthouse windows in the downtown area. October 5,2003 Last night Elinor and I slept in the truck in Akron to make a Court hearing in the A.M. . It was a wasted trip for a preliminary hearing as Judge Cosgrove ruled in favor of Preferred Capital's motion for summary judgement without even hearing our evidence which proved absolutely conclusively that we were victimized by an interstate scam on our ATM. We have professional witnesses and documents and asked for a jury trial. She would have no part of it. That is all too typical in our judicial system today. We will not give up. October 8,2003 Today Franklin County Deputies solved a property dispute at our at building at 1200 Vause Rd. Lockbourne , Ohio . October 9,2003 Today we met deputy Leonard he was nasty for no reason. (NOTE: LESS THAN ONE MONTH LATER LEONARD WOULD BEAT AND MACE MY WIFE AND I EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A LEGAL RESTRAINING ORDER (AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY WHO HAD STOPPED US IN THE STREET FOR NO GOOD REASON ) SIGNED BY COMMON PLEAS COURT JUDGE TRAVIS! Sherrif's Ingram and Leonard are still uncharged and free to abuse other helpless victims. And ,of course I know sometimes they must. This case is not about that at all. We have lost all properties except our home and they are after that 6 current "legal" cases. We are nearing the end of our energy and resources to fight for your and our children's rights. Note: update: 3/24/08We managed to hold on to two properties despite all the beating, macing and legal evil they were able to abuse us with. We , however, have suffered too much , and are concerned that the mechanisms for evil are still in place, and that our children and yours may be subjected to it.

I was minding my own business and Officer Leonard was aware of all the circumstances. The fact is that either Leonard has been influenced by someone in the department with inaccurate or untrue information ,or he IS involved in the conspiracy . Giving him the benefit of the doubt , he was just taking advantage of an opportunity to "discipline" someone he was erroneously convinced was in need of it. IF he IS involved in the conspiracy , then he should be jailed with the rest of them. If not , then he must at least be disciplined. To that end , I've written all State and Federal Representatives. I've mailed about 100 of the letters. Many have been returned unopened. Only one representative has responded. He is 12th District Representative Patrick J. Tiberi. Pat "sympathized" with my "situation" and took the"liberty" to forward my "concern" to Congressmen David Hobson. I have serious misgivings there. When we wrote Representative Don Gilmore he was apparently operating his parking service for the racetrack and too busy with that , what he said was an unprofitable business to try to help us-we will see, David Hobson. |

We live in a rural area, our nearest neighbor could not possibly see what was happening. We have several out-buildings; a 14000 sq ft barn with many openings and crevices, a 4000 sq ft block garage, a 1000 sq ft barn, a smockhouse, an ancient one room schoolhouse, and a vacant house. I felt that there was an excellent chance that we driven up before the armed person could escape. Prince has always been a housse dog: He had a small area around our home from which he never strayed. The door on the vacant house was about 6" ajar. I always keep it closed to keep the chickens out. I felt that the armed killer might be hiding in there. It is a country tradition that one protects their own from immediate danger. It was fury at the horrible deed and fear for our safety that had me searching room after room and building after building to no avail. But there was to much room, to many hiding places. In the meantime Elinor had reached our vet. Dr. Teegarden in Circleville; It was too late, but as usual the kindly gentleman was ready to receive us, we had to hurry because of the hour. Our shelty, Prince was a very intelligent and gentle miniture collie. He probably was protecting our home when shot. He was very "traumatized" as the Dr. put it, and even nipped at me as I lifted him into the car. The Dr. treated Prince and we headed north on route 23 towards home.We didn't get far until a Ohio State Trooper pulled us over. When I opened the glovebox for the registration there was my wifes handgun. The trooper did not consider our wounded dog or that we had the store receipts in the car written 3 days after the incident, and 7 months before the body was "dropped" on our land. My wife and I both were charged with "carrying a concealed weapon" I was handcuffed and spent the night in the Circleville jail. Fearing for my wifes safety, I had her spend the night in a motel. One or both of us could go to prison, whoever shot our dog, who two weeks ago strangled one to death, whoever vandalised our house; tore out the walls, stole the well pump. broke out all the windows stole thousands of dollars in tools, broke out many vehicle windows, on many separate incidents; IS FREE, NOT ARRESTED: NOT EVEN QUESTIONED... This incident cost us $1000. in attorney fees. Just weeks later someone took this dog, They replaced it with an identical dead Shelty, we cried and buried it. Four days later we closed our store and drove up to our home, Elinor screamed for there in our yard was our Shelty----Alive. We believe the Sheriff's Dept. and Animal Control next door cooperated on the shelty switch since no one else would have enough animals to kill one and keep the other. Six months later the girls body was dumped on our land. The animal killing and switch didn't scare us away so they used human body next: 19 year old Sharon Blackburn; then just A little later it was Stephannie Hummer, an O.S. U. student, and others since , God only knows. No one has been charged in that murder. We wrote congressmen Mike Stinziano about the inconsistencies in the investigation. His office wrote the sheriff, they answered "We have a suspect in that murder who is in jail on an unrelated charge, we do not have enough evidence to charge {them}!!" We had coins found at the seen, and the name of the person who was at our propery 1/2 hour before the time stated by the coroner as the time of the murder. THE SHERIFF WAS NOT INTERESTED!!! ELDERLY MINISTER BEATEN AND MACED UNTIL UNCONCIOUS , PLACED IN A CRUISER AND MACED UNTIL THE COLD MACE REVIVED HIM , AND MACED UNTIL BLINDED , WITH HIS HANDS CUFFED BEHIND HIM AT ALL TIMES: NEVER ONCE DID HE RAISE A HAND TO HIS ATTACKERS. HIS ELDERLY WIFE ALSO MACED UNTIL HOSPITALIZED. Frankin County Ohio Deputies perpetrated this evil deed. You must wonder why? Simply because the County wanted their land to build warehouses on! Furthermore, these honest very hard working people were " exiled" from their State UNDER THREAT OF DEATH . This is the America the media doesn't mention. Sturgill's evicted from property leaving Elinor's collectables and Denver's equipment with no due process of law-Case#02-65350. Sturgill's have had at least two cases pending at all times for many years . Of course the strategy is to "prove" that the Sturgill's just don't do things right; they are "radicals" troublemakers, etc. And the apathetic - INDIFFERENT people believe it. On July2,2004 Franklin County Deputies and animal control came to our home when we were not there searched our property without a warrant , and removed our dogs. The next day Elinor went to the dog pound to retrieve our dogs. Eight Deputies responded and again searched our car. I went to the station to get the reports, they said there were no reports. I filed freedom of information and got the docket reports. They told dangerous lies. They said " Denver Sturgill has threatened to shoot all deputies, and that they responded to the pound because the "miliitia" had threatened me!! Absurd and deadly. I am set up for murder . If deputies are seen at the scene, they will say I had a "44 Magnum" ; I they are not caught they will say the "militia" did it. (DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST). I first read about Lou Vereck the florist in the Columbus Dispatch. Lou was 87 and after decades as a dpwntown florist, owner of approximately 50 houses and the Charminel Hotel, he was aging and having various health and legal problems. At the time my trucking business had floundered when Columbus attorney Thomas Klunk had stolen checks from my office, emptied my bank account and indeed had overdrawn my account. I'd taken the forged checks returned from the bank to Prosecuter Michael Millers office, that office kept the checks but never prosecuted Klunk. I went to the Dispatch and met with one of the Wolfe family members-(I believe it to was Tim Wolfe?) He said he could not print anything because there was an "ongoing prosecution" of Klunk for other crimes----not Klunks theft from me. Klunk was having marital problems and may have been a little bit mental.? He was however a very persuasive talker, nice appearing person, an upscale country club member with extensive connections both political and private. Klunk was NEVER prosecuted for destroying my business and not a word of it ever appeared in the media. I had no fuel for my trucks, my trucks were re posessed, my drivers of course all quit. I went to work as a driver. There was a lot of turmoil in my marriage as I was more than a little distraught as was my wife (at the time) Donna. Soon when I came back from a flat bed trip to the south, Donna and every piece of furniture down to the carpet was gone.. I was in a kind of a daze, depressed (a little) and had temporarily lost my purpose. But, I don't give up easy as many local officials involved in the criminal conspiracy here in COLUMBUS OHIO, USA will confirm if they are willing to be honest; which would be a dramatic departure from their norm. My credit at Banc Ohio was ruined by Klunks forgeries- which of course was not fair to me, but then fair is not a word associated(sic) to anyone not willing to sell their soul to that devil. And the devil did approach me more than once attemping to recruit me. To be exact the devil made that effort 3 times. Hell hath no fury like the devil spurned. I'll attempt to give details of those ramifacations herein. The evil has been damaging in many ways; most of the "minor" evil deeds I can not even recall and the deeds are ONGOING!!!

Appeals Court injustice- Judge Patricia Cosgrove The case before this court is so obviously unjust that no far minded person could make any other conclusion. We did object to the venue, but realized due to further trickery that the court could not change the venue to where this transaction occurred. We accept that as within reason. On two occassions we traveled and stayed the night in Akron. On the second try we were armed with affidavits and statements from individuals giving testimony detailing that the ATM scam was national. We were disappointed that Judge Patricia Casgrove had dismissed the case without seeing our evidence or notifying us of the dismissal. That smells(sic) of not only an interstate scam but also of an intercounty counterpart. WE ONLY HAD USE OF THE MACHINE FOR 3 MONTHS!!! The machine has been available and is available to Preferred Capital anytime they wish to take it back. It is in fact and was in fact obsolite at the time of the sale. All involved(sic), except us, including Preferred Capital knew this. The act to defraud small innocent store owners is nothing less than criminal. We feel the unjust treatment is part of the politics and conspiracy as advertised on our website... The Ohio State Supreme Court(a beautiful building, a facade) denied our appeal ruling in favor of the scam artists. |
